Directions
As a dietary or nitric oxide supplement, take 1 pill daily with a meal. For maximum benefits take 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill in the evening. Do not exceed more than 2 pills daily. Taking more than the recommended amount will not improve results. Begin with the recommended dose (1 tablet per day) to assess your tolerance.
